The Artist
Yalckun is a London-based artist and former ballet dancer. He works with acrylic, oils, ink, watercolour, mixed media and digital painting.
He is passionate about colour and explores the possibilities of the human figure in space, stillness and movement. Working from observation and memory, he builds surface interest by overlaying figures and experimenting with what remains when paint is scraped or wiped away.
